Dikshant Khanna

Advocate Dikshant Khanna is a seasoned legal professional with a diverse and dynamic practice spanning Civil, Criminal, Constitutional, and Administrative Law. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Law from Lloyd Law College, CCS University, in 2014 and has since built a reputation for delivering effective, strategic, and client-focused legal solutions.

With a comprehensive understanding of both procedural and substantive law, Advocate Dikshant specializes in sector-specific civil litigation, matrimonial disputes, criminal defence, and constitutional and administrative law matters. He regularly appears before statutory authorities, tribunals, and courts at various levels, offering sound legal representation and strategic counsel.

Advocate Dikshant also specializes in Tax Law and Banking Litigation, with a strong track record of representing clients before tax authorities, appellate forums, and courts across India. He is empanelled with Punjab National Bank, providing legal services in matters involving loan recovery, SARFAESI proceedings, cheque dishonour cases under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, and debt enforcement before DRT and civil courts.

Ruhini Dey

Advocate Ruhini Dey is an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India, with a distinguished legal career marked by versatility, precision, and commitment to excellence. A graduate of Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi (2015), and a Chemistry Honours graduate from Ramjas College, she is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi.

She regularly appears before the Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts, and tribunals across Delhi, and advises individuals, corporates, entrepreneurs, startups and public sector undertakings.

Advocate Ruhini has a focused practice in Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution. She represents clients in domestic and international commercial disputes, including matters under ICA, ICC and SIAC rules, as well as ad-hoc arbitrations under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
